War In Nica Land ... I regret war, but it was my Danegeld

American Crusaders brought Fruit Wars to Central America.

There's nothing worse then an English Lord's unforgettable muscle memory betrayed in Front of a Nicaraguan Mural that exposes his Country made out to be an Evil Bloody Banana Monster (so untrue) ...

It was long ago when I was
But, Korean men will all had a new found empathy with me when they know you too have served in the military... Sometimes I was a bit tactless when I'd explain how I'd been paid to go through university and how I felt bad about all the terrible stories of the Korean military which shamed even Marine Boot Camp hurtfulness... But as to Nic Land well maybe the USA did do them wrong... more money to the C=More Money to the S and so the sponsors increased the death... maybe it was best left alone... or Carter was wiser then his replacement in how he dealt with it... I have not studied it to much on the whole it is sad as WAR always is, though there are exceptions when A Knight Errant comes to Save- By the sword of my Blubbering Lips I made all things right English! Yes you will speak English by me and perhaps gain the power that comes with it... well maybe not. There are few in this world who are Peer to the Glory of My Swerd Arm and fewer still who Stay true to the Rules of Chivalry. But Don Quixote has been surpassed...

A city Street:

A city tent Slum I may be insane and worry not about cliffs but I choose not to go in here and get pictures with the poor people who though no doubt goodly poor may have felt I was exploiting them for visions of their tent hovels:

Waht does the sign say?

Cute kids walk down the same street:

Here a place to sleep under a tree

Another proof that I am in a poor dangerous (for fools) country... What if I were not a Sober minded man but a drunken fool? Would a drunk long have his legs in this city of leg-eating-holes?

So I stopped at the art errr Goverernment Building... Not sure waht it was..

Here is an adventure capitalist who thought to rule Central America- William Walker. The problem was I think his motives were evil... and the death he brought with was not for a Good Cause or a Just War... there was no EVIL Dictator torturing his people like in a certain Middle East Country... In this, I must admit to the wrongness of this Crusade of William Walker. BUt in the Case Of Herando Cortez he was a man who came upon a people already at war with each other who had slaves and cannibal priests, it may be said Spain was a bit harsh on the natives too but at least none of the Priests ate human sacrifices (as far as I know).

A park by the church and Art building:

Here is a man who sold me a straw grasshopper:

Here is a church outside the art building:

Nearby the Art Building I also met a Comely Lass who I hugged as a general matter of course on my tour...

As it was in San Jose so it is in Managua- all shop clerks need to feel the love of my great fat belly on their slim selves Hugs for everyone!

Anyhow there was still happiness in the blackouts. Poor boys have waste toys- no not the stuff of Beavis, these children were playing with a roll of name tag stick sheets... I was advised that Managua was terribly dangerous and obviously these sticker kids would have stuck me too had I not been so much taller, fatter, and sillier than them.

Anyhow, Christ save the portly gang happy punks they were and at least they won't be spoiled brat American rich kids killing people in their car playing GTA on a Play Station...

The mall here is proof that Nicaragua has shun it's Marxist ideals- for where you see th arches you know you have the fatter and the feeders... then again China has McDonalds and they still have political and religious prisoners in the thousands.... Maybe it is just a sign that the government has a lust for double dipping chicken mcnuggets?

And outside the mall I took time to hug a small pixie while her mother told her to smile for the Lord of the Land had Landed in his Blue Flower Glory:

The question that comes to mind with charming Latin girls like this is who is sweeter? Who would I rather have in class?

Mmmm well it is a tough call... But I pray Providence to keep them all safe though cruel truth be told the Jeju ones have more blessings when it comes to material wealth...

...but who is cuter? Mmmm that is a question you have to put to the teen boys who go to school with them... well actually the Jeju girls had no boys at their Korean Girls' school...

My Hostel:

Now this is a 6 dollar room:

Here is how I lock my room:

Here is a kind German Lady that was also on Corn Island she asked that I go with her friends and her to the Hostel as we had already met, and they were obviously come to the realization that wherever I was all Ladies helpless small ones and Chocolate Cake Bakers would be protected. For Sir Pooh de Bear had come- and what Mortal Human could deny him his R00lz of Centro America?

I try not to condescend but it is hard not to when you take unasked for pictures at a bus stop...
